Murujuga Reflections displayed in-store
A few months ago, I entered Murujuga Reflections into a competition at my local camera store. I'm pleased to say that I won. My photo was printed 20" x 30". Unfortunately, due to some logistical issues, my photo was unable to be displayed in-store for the following month as agreed. However, I finally managed to pop by my store last week, and there it was in the front window! They didn't advertise my name next to it as promised, which was a downer, but I'm still pretty proud of myself. I've collected my print, and it's sitting in my room now waiting to be framed. (Does anyone know if I should try framing the print myself or get it professionally done?) They've also printed a smaller, framed version to hang in-store. It still doesn't have my name on it, which is slightly disappointing since I was counting on the publicity.
I talk about the story behind the photo and the post production on my blog.
Thank you to all my supporters who voted. I couldn't have done it without you. Here are some of their fabulous work!
